Allow changes to the netdata.conf. #13

Allow users to change the contents of the netdata.conf file by using the node['netdata']['conf'] attribute.

This addresses #7.

Closing this PR since there's a better solution for dealing with the netdata.conffile configuration. Check #7 for additional info.
