[BUG] poor ux without client id #112

Bug Description

When trying to use the application, it complains about no Client ID being provided, without listing any help.

$ ./mya --help
Client ID has not been provided

Expected Behavior

A guide or something

Good callout on the non-descriptive message. It needs to be followed up with some concrete steps on how to claim and set a Client ID.
