Update AWS Java SDK to support IMDSv2 #22

@jmal98 I am not sure if there are other changes that would be required to resolve this issue of missing IMDSv2 support from the AWS SDK, but I can attempt to make them with your direction.

I have no issue with the version upgrade, but will defer to your setup to validate if it works as expected in your environment.
