Added missing dependencies to README #58

Trying to build on Ubuntu I was required to install libxcb-xinput-dev and libxcb-xinput0 This edited version of the README adds the dependencies above to the Ubuntu apt command and adds a new entry for Debian systems with the dependencies listed in #55
