DAF groups lab results in Observation.related, or DiagnosticReport, or what? #10

It's not clear to me whether the DAF recommendation is to group via DR (http://hl7-fhir.github.io/diagnosticreport-daf.html), or also via Observation.related (as described at http://hl7-fhir.github.io/observation-daf-results-dafresultobspanel.html)
