ElementDefinition.short should not mention "xml" #12

http://hl7-fhir.github.io/elementdefinition-definitions.html#ElementDefinition.short says:

A concise definition that is shown in the generated XML format that summarizes profiles (used throughout the specification).

... but there's nothing xml-specific about it. It's used in all views (JSON, UML, XML)
