checking R code for possible problems ... NOTE get_network_matrix: no visible binding for global variable ‘hsa’ kernel: possible error in new(structure("kernel", package = "kangar00"), ...): ... used in a situation where it does not exist lkmt: no visible global function definition for ‘score.test’ pathway: possible error in new(structure("pathway", package = "kangar00"), ...): ... used in a situation where it does not exist

All these problems do not exist anymore. At least they are no longer occur if I try to build the package.
