Annotations / SNPset / Pathway when knots are specified #18

If we provide knots to the kernel, which data do we use for the annotation, SNPset and patway? Or should we check that these are all identical for knots and the GWASdata object?

Currently we use the metadata of the GWASdata object.

I think we didn't have a look at this. It might still be an issue but I don't know for sure.
