Long-press on the map adds notes #359

Anyway based on touch screen use. I'm wondering...

1/.. touch and long press to add a note at the current gps location. Opens up 
note window and saves the two step process

2/.. same again BUT at a location along the route already travelled. Handy for 
adding notes forgotten at the time. This would be based on the nearest tracked 
location to the press and then assigned a note tag to that location. may be 
harder. but would use the co-ords of the screen and the map location plus a 
lookup list of the gps co-ords. Not that important but interesting
