Update README for mbed platform #191

The README for platform/mbed says to "make zip", but that results in a zip 
without pmfeatures.h.

Instead, just use "make" by itself.  Also should put it directions on how to 
use ipm (giving the command line with the baudrate is the most helpful thing).
