Add functionality for Discussions to Touchpoints #64

We are looking into a process that would benefit greatly from having Discussions to Touchpoints. I see this is slated for Version 3.0 milestone which appears to be due by 4/28/23. Looking forward to this! 🙇🏻

FYI. Danny's team is going a different direction but we should still consider supporting discussions anyway

@collinmcneese @dannyleblanc Not sure the fully what is being asked here, but I think @nscobb and CS Analytics is currently owning Project Touchpoints. Can you help clarify the ask and we can check if this is something that make sense for CS analytics to own?
