Better Name and Comment in index.theme #1

The Name entry in index.theme says oomox-gruvbox-dark, but the installation instruction says to install the theme under ~/.icons/gruvbox-dark-icons-gtk. Probably the Name should be changed to gruvbox-dark-icons-gtk, if that is the desired directory under ~/.icons, or under /usr/share/icons in a system wide installation.

Also the Comment entry currently mentions the Papirus icon theme and should be fixed.
