This project needs a little bit more love:

[x] Switch to Poetry to handle dependencies and packaging
[x] Remove legacy CI configuration
[x] Lint code using Ruff
[x] Add Makefile to automate tasks
[x] Remove explicit version management in the package sources
[x] Fix ruff linter errors
[x] Refactor Docker build
