Fix arts-studio.html, sports-tennis.html, tech-program.html align error.
Fix sports-tennis.html direct links. At first, it directed to a deleted file. But now, it directs to the correct file.

@jmbb1720 I have detected a lot of duplicate IDs in submission-post.html. Please review carefully to ensure that all IDs are unique.
