add option based on FREE_FOR_ALL_MODE that prepends 'the' to messages when FFA mode isn't on #60

for FFA mode, currently, we have unique entity names. so, better to read: johnstein(1.3) hits greynaab(1.56)

rather than 'the johnstein(1.3) hits the greynaab(1.56)

but in the game, it might make sense. depends on whether the mobs are generic, or assumed to be an individual

crew members wouldn't have 'the'. but space bees might....
