Migrate to angular 1.3 #12

@dotnetwise I have a Pull Request pending right now and just tested it against AngularJS 1.3. I'd be interested to find out if you still have issues once that's accepted. In the meantime, do you have an example of the source code that you're trying, which isn't working with Angular 1.3?

I created a branch for Angular 1.3, in case any issues are discovered, but I too checked all of our tests and could not find any failures due to the upgrade.
