Provides the scripts, etc. for creation of the Nuget package. Which has been deployed to nuget as AngularJS.Intellisense for now.

Also, when i get John's nuget information, will be added as an owner.

Thanks for putting this together. It's something I meant to do but haven't had the time. I will review and merge soon, hopefully this weekend.

Also, private message or something that i can add you as package owner on NuGet.org. I couldn't find you in the Nuget.org directory. ....
