Add spin notes!! #12

Right now we only have tap notes. There will be more in the future! This is a lot of work, don't be fooled. Unless i am fooled, and it isn't a lot of work. We'll see.

HelpWanted/Question labels added just to remind myself to make sure to understand how these are supposed to work. Will have to rewatch the gameplay ideas video before implementing this.

Until I get some sort of comprehensive answer about what these notes are supposed to do once swiped, I'm just going to accept them as swipe notes for now. I'll add a card for figuring out the specifics of them later.
