Fix implementation of note lifetime/timing #7

Figure out a sensible way to track the lifetime of the note. This includes:

The amount of time the note has until it should be hit
The amount of time it has been alive
The amount of time until it dies

These don't all necessarily have to be different variables, just keep them all in mind.
