Vcov 0.8 blocked #54

Vcov has moved to version 0.8.1. So FixedEffectModels wants to upgrade to that but GLFixedEffectModels wants 0.7 in the [compat] section of Project.toml. So I think whichever is installed last wins.

Should be fixed by #53
