93 sans loader additions #97

Closes #93 by adding additional loading choices for SansProperty profiles. Additionally, adds various tests for these new loading options and the existing loading options from SaxsProperty.

Also initially addresses #96. Typically, this would be a separate pull request but the changes were mixed into this branch.
