Hi,

First of all, Thank you a lot for developing this. It was really helpful for me. However there are some problems with regards to the shape and color of a node.

Color:

when i set the color, the xml document misses the xmlns declaration of viz (i.e., http://www.gexf.net/1.2draft/viz) Shape:
I set the shape of a done to some shape other that disc, but it stays a disc when i view it in gephi.

Btw do you need any contributor to this nice project?

as for the Color problem, I just add to set to true the "viz" boolean thanks to the method #setVisualization in GexfImpl. However it is not put in the example code at [1]...
