The 2020-04-13 data for the whole country of Peru is not included.

It should be 6,135 positive PCRs, 3,649 positive serologic tests.

Thanks for finding that omission. Will accept your pull request and later updated the main .ods file I am using to input the data, so the rest of the derived data files get regenerated when I update the repo tonight with the daily info.
