@jmccann I haven't looked at all the details around this yet but it's what I needed to get it working with 0.9.4 version of terraform.

@josmo Thanks for this PR. I think I'm going to favor #41 over this though as it doesn't have any updates required so far to move forward. Thanks again though!

@jmccann #44 should actually fix the mess I was trying to do above :) . I didn't quite get how the plugin worked, but #44 should have the correct fix for .6 and up
