Implemented i18n and added l10n for French #30

Hey guys,

I propose the following commit in order to add i18n and l10n to the app.

If you have a way to make sure there is no error I will be happy to add it to the pull request. I was thinking of adding an example project but I have not the skills yet.

Please let me know if any changes should be applied.

I do think this is a great idea. I really want tests added to the project so that I can more easily test / feel comfortable with accepting these types of changes. I just have so little time to contribute to this project right now. If anyone is willing to give adding tests a shot, I'm all for it.

In the meantime, I'm going to let this sit on ice until I have a chance to really go over it. Sorry!

I like this idea. If you merge this, I can make Finnish translations.
