Issue with strange placement on popup #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use at least 2 screens.
2. generate a change so the popup rises.
3. The popup will always appear on same screen so If you have eclipse on the 
other screen you might miss it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The popup appears on same screen as eclipse.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Tested on Centos 5.3 (x86) with 2 monitors, Nvidia 280 driver.

Thanks for the report. I don't work on two screens quite that often, but I will 
try to reproduce this.
