Make the nav.inc link of which relevant page is loaded (like main.inc/or glossary/ or books) the same color as said page. So basically it looks like it's 'tabbed' on or something.
Should be adjusting the css margin+other selectors. You want it to feel like an app. Click around, make it 'Snappy and Cool'.
