MLA generally advises writers to omit city names from most entries, but there are occasions when they might be desirable: a particular edition might show peculiarities, an older text might not make clearly indicate its publisher, or some house styles might expect writers to include the detail.

For the next version of biblatex-mla, the showlocation option has been added both at the document level (to affect every entry in the bibliography) and at the entry level (to affect only particular entries) to allow users to override default behavior.

Ready for 2.0 using the showlocation option at the package level or at the entry level.
