repair superclass mismatch for `bundle exec rake` #17

Not sure what it is exactly, but it seems release 0.6.0 was made in 2016, so rubygems.org serves up an ancient version when you specify 0.6.0 as the required gem (took me a while to figure out home come it wasnt working for me :) ), maybe bump the version to 0.7?

That's because RubyPants hasn't changed since version 0.6.0 in 2016...

I just pushed version 0.7.0 with our work from the past week. Thanks!
