Removes all specific configuration to simplify contributions #127

Contributions are not easy because some specific configurations have been implemented to allow have the HA core source code in clear.

We should remove this and make Versatile Thermostat a standard dev container only.

Done. To contribute, you just have to git clone and switch to the dev-container. It should work out of the box.
