Make this an entire wrapper for tkinter

tkinter has so many weird parts that are obviously just because the library is a very thin wrapper over Tcl/Tk.

Here are my issues with the library:

• sometimes ids are strings, sometimes they are numbers, other times you just pass around the whole widget. It is annoying
• typing is wack for pretty much everything so I would like to have type definitions for everything
  • There are a bunch of constants that tk supplies globally because for some reason tcl/tk uses strings for things that should be something like enums
• document what things do!! the documentation is pretty rough around this library :(
• add wrappers for components/functionality that are just plain strange to use
  • I started this already with the Scrollable class I made wrapping mouse scroll events
• add better typing for binding event handlers including the type signature of the handler itself!!
• I would be the styling API is rough but I haven't really used it much so idk

Also tkinter uses A LOT of non-inclusive language that feels a bit yucky
