Sonar properties passed to CxxSonarQubeRunnerWin not forwarded to MSBuild.Runner #73

We have a plenty of sonar.exlusions properties passed to CxxSonarQubeRunnerWin.bat, and in the sonar end phase I can see that excluded folders are parsed.
