The Open Hardware Monitor should select the best font (the same the system uses 
for the tray time display) for the tray sensor icons. Is this not the case on 
your system? 

Adding custom fonts in the tray icons could be a bit difficult with the limited 
space in icons (and the required fine tuning of spacings etc).

It does seem to select a good font.  I was hoping to be able to select a larger 
font.  I am now using both the tray icons and the gadget, to see which I like 
best.  I must admit I'm leaning toward the gadget.  So, being able to change 
the tray fonts is less important and may not be worth doing.

P.S.  I really like this program.  It replaces two programs that I used to 
display CPU and Disk temps.

 I think you should consider appling automatically smaller font than clock. Digits are too large and often break up.

First, I'd like to say that I like the program in all respects other that the 
font size issue.

I'm experiencing temperature fonts being too large for the area allotted in the 
task bar such that their right edge is being cut off.  I can still make out 
what they are, if I take a little more time to scrutinize. It is a slight 
annoyance as it takes extra time.  I'm using Windows XP Pro (SP3) 32bit.   I'm 
forced to set the "Display Properties, Appearance, Font Size," to "Extra 
Large," (Desktop), because I'm 15 feet away from a 65" HD monitor (my TV), and 
can't see anything otherwise.  To make matters worse I'm 54, and my eyes are 
getting bad.  This 'may' be a problem with your programming, as I've seen this 
problem before with other software by programmers that are just entering the 
field.  It seems that well established, programmers are better versed in 
dealing with this Windows XP issue, not that I'm saying it's exclusive to XP.

that should fix this problem.

And of course it's a problem with my programming. My time resources are very 
limited, and those that I want to dedicate to the system tray icon 
implementation even more. And on top of that, the time I want to spend on 
testing and debugging it on every ancient version of Windows (to analyze and 
react to their very own quirks) is almost zero. It's obvious that this has to 
result in problems.

Look at the attached picture: on Win7 it is not the same font (OHM v 0.5.1.3 
alpha).

I think, Win7 uses this fuzzy cleartype font "Segoe UI".
No chance to get a clear view, in particular in color.
