Wrong bus and core clocks on Pentium 4 CPUs #158

Add Family: 0xF, Model: 0x4 Pentium 4 CPUs to the Microarchitecture detection. 
The multipliers should be handled as on Microarchitecture.Core. Verify with 
submitted reports.

Maybe the timeStampCounterMultiplier = 1; default implementation for unknown 
CPUs should use the same code as for Microarchitecture.Core.
