Only two cores reported for a Quad Core CPU #167

As you can see only 2 CPU cores are being reported. I expect this is because 
the system has 2 CPU Groups. See 
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd405498(v=vs.85).aspx.

I was assuming that more than one processor group does not occur on current 
systems, because Microsoft writes "Systems with fewer than 64 logical 
processors always have a single group, Group 0." on the Processor Groups page

Did you manually configure more than one processor group? Which steps did you 
use?

Yes, I did bcdedit /set {current} groupsize 2 so I could test SIV.
As far as I know only HwINFO32 and SIV support CPU groups.
