Add "RESET" option to quickly refresh all values like "EXIT and OPEN" the program again #179

A simply options for people who got notebooks with swithable graphics (like MSI
GE600) If I open your program when I use Intel graphics and then I swith to ATI
card a new options doesn't appear (if I open your program when ATI card is
working, everything works good, but when I switch to Intel and next to ATI
values doesn't refresh and i see '-'), so it will be great if you can add some
option to "RESET" all values without close the program. Of course we can just
close and open the program again, but it is a little annoying to do it all the
time, "reset" will be great one.

A reset option could be a good idea to have in general.

Beside this, it would be good to have an automated on-the-fly detection of new
hardware, or hardware that has been enabled/disabled. At least for hardware
where such a detection does not use an notable resources.

Can you post three reports (File -> Save Report...):
 1. Report created after starting the Open Hardware Monitor when on Intel graphics
 2. Report created after starting the Open Hardware Monitor when the ATI card is enabled.
 3. Report: Start the Open Hardware Monitor with the ATI card enabled, switch to the Intel graphics and then save a report in the Open Hardware Monitor.

These reports could be helpful in finding a way to detect changes in the
graphics configuration automatically.

I attached 4 reports:
1. When Intel card is running
2. When ATI card is running
3. When ATI card is running and switch to Intel
4. When ATI card is running, switch to Intel and switch to ATI again

I hope this help you to solve that problem.

How can I add this fix to Open Hardware Monitor on my computer? Or where can we
expect a new release?
It is very important to me.

You can always compile it yourself from the SVN source :)

But in this case I built you an alpha version from the latest revision:
