Dear @russelljjarvis, thanks for using this free package. I had the same issue months ago on that version of Julia (1.5.x). It seems that the Pkg register is not working correctly in your Julia distribution. Have you tried on the newest Julia version (>1.6)?
If Julia 1.5.3 is very important to you, try one of the following:
using Pkg; Pkg.update()
~/.julia/
directory to eliminate Julia settings, registries, and packages (backup first). After that, install Metaheuristics

This is a totally awesome package.
I can install it using
Pkg.add(url="...github...")
etc.But I can't install it using:
In Julia Version 1.5.3 (2020-11-09), which is a bummer, because I am trying to make another package that depends on it.
Was this momentarily a registered package? Perhaps this is somehow just on my end?
