Fixed a problem with the import in the bifid cipher test (I changed the main file name, but forgot to change in the test file).
Changed the indexes in the internal files of the bifid cipher
Added a line to replace the j's in the message with i's (it's one of the steps of the cipher, but I forgot to do this in the first version of the code)

Nope, no problem. I've been busy at work and haven't had a chance to look at this repo for a couple days.
