Refactor and follow naming conventions to remove build's warnings

Some Bug Fixes

Enhancement

• Comply with Microsoft Naming Conventions.
• Setup a CI to improve the build quality.

Breaking changes

• Rename the namespace Googlemap to GoogleMap to follow Microsoft Naming Conventions
• Rename Class GoogleMap to Map (To avoid conflicts with the namespace)
• Rename Class GoogleMapBuilder to MapBuilder (To keep consistency with Map class name)
• Rename Class GoogleMapClientEventsBuilder to MapClientEventsBuilder (To keep consistency - with Map class name)
• Rename Class GoogleMapClientEvents to MapClientEvents(To keep consistency with Map class name)
• Rename MapTypes enum to MapType
• Correct spelling of OnMapDoubleClick method
• Correct spelling of OnMarkerDoubleClick method
• Correct spelling of ZIndex property
• CustomStyles on map clustering now follows the fluent api sintaxt
