Fix setup.py #1

Everything will be installed to gp_extras.kernels.

I could not install the package before.

Your fix doesn't work for me. But I have modified the setup.py mechanism in master, maybe you can try if that one also works for you?

Works for me, but I think it is a little bit unusual that the setup.py is not in the main directory.
