Locale setting #25

Hi， Can you help me，I am tanslating the gcc.po . On Windows 7 64 bit system，The Command line prompt (cmd.exe) can not output the Chinese The file path is share\locale\zh_CN\LC_MESSAGES\gcc.mo ,need some settings?
