Refresh Token Endpoint #243

Is there a way to refresh a user's access token by using their refresh token? I noticed we keep track of the refresh token but It hasnt been utilized from what I have seen. I'll update if I manage to find an endpoint for it or if someone knows of it I'll appreciate it.
