No keybindings on macOS?

I might be missing something, but this extension doesn't seem to provide keyboard shortcuts out of the box on macOS. Is this intentional?

it seems ctrl up and ctrl down are overruled by mac os. You can customize them to other keybindings tho. via 'code/preferences/keyboard Shortcuts'
