Support for multiple database backends (mysql, postgresql) #10

Add support for using postgresql as a backend, leaving the option to use mysql 
as a backend as well. This can either be direct use via the mysql or mysqli and 
postgresql php bindings, or using a database wrapper layer.

Multiple configuration support has been added. Working on multiple database 
support.
