The menu item added in 1.2.0 is redundant as that dialog is accessible from the Firefox options menu.

Options considered are complete removal or optional hiding.

I've decided that in 1.3.0 I will roll that into the options dialog and have no menu item.

In 1.3.0 this was moved to an opt-in preference.
