Add Seamonkey Support #9

Add support for the Seamonkey suite to Beef Taco.

Got my install.rdf working, and it loads cookies but they do not regenerate on delete. Also, the menu bar item doesn't show, but that's not a huge deal since you can get right to the cookies in Seamonkey.
