mass download #217

Dear gmapcatchers!

To begin with: Some days ago my kids complained about a very slow download
function. "Hardly any progress after one day loading". I easily found the
problem: they tried to load half central europe in zoom level 1! For
Nongeographers it's difficult to estimate the size of a download.

I'm not happy with the download funktion as it is at the moment and suggest the
following changes:
- the download window should show the summation of tiles affected.
- maybe there should be a warning when you start a big download like "You are
going to load 1.234.567 tiles! Continue?" (Trigger parameter settable in config)
- the possiblity to deactivate the download function for each source in the
config settings would be great.
- I think it's useful to add the "Force update" funktion to the download.
- If there potentially might be any troubles in future with restrictive map
providers regarding mass downloads, maybe a new "Prefetch" function could add
or replace the download. Prefetch should load a strip of tiles around the
visible area and/or the neighboring zoom level(s) to enable faster panning and
zooming. (size of strip and zoom depth settable in config) This is not a mass
download, isn't it?

Best Regards
Roland

PS: What does the "G" mean in GMapCatcher? Great? Gorgeous? Grand? Grandiose?
I'm sure it's not "Google"

ISTR adding some code while implementing the visual download tool that would
give "<# tiles downloaded>/<# tiles requested>" feedback, it should be
straightforward to guarantee that's visible in the progress bar

It will be useful to update the area square on the map window when we change
the value of width or height.
