maps can't be download #333

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1.when i try to find a location the gmapcatcher tell me that the URL can not be loaded

attached is the output error.

my network is protected with an proxy that needs authentification

this product is installed under a windows operating system.

We do not have support for proxy connections
