max 2011 no plugins inside treegrunt

on max 2011 win 7 x64 i followed instructions and i can open treegrunt 
interface inside max but there are no plugins inside it ?

If you can open the treegrunt but its empty, it probably hasn't built its tools 
index.

The first time you run the Treegrunt it has to pool the folder structure to 
load its tools - if you right click in the window, and then choose Environments 
>> Rebuild Index, that will generate a listing of all the installed tools.
