adds a settings view (PluginSettingTab)
adds a setting to toggle on/off the adding of a new entry after selecting a suggestion
adds a setting to toggle the use of spaces or tabs
adds a setting to configure the number of spaces when using tabs
applies a language-sensitive string comparison sort to the tag suggestions
